You can register using our onboarding form.
We’ll ask you for some basic personal information in the onboarding form about yourself and your caregiver to get things rolling.
Livelihood™ is available to clients throughout Canada.
Upon completion of the onboarding form, we’ll ask you to insert your payment information to process the one-time Livelihood™ registration fee of $100 + HST.
We accept most forms of credit card, including Mastercard, Visa and American Express.
Once you've submitted the one-time registration fee, a member of our staff will then be in touch to arrange ongoing payment details for the Livelihood™ Plan.
The Livelihood™ Plan is $70 per month + HST for your first caregiver, with savings up to 30% for each additional caregiver.
The Livelihood™ Plan is billed quarterly – Livelihood™ will charge your payment card every three months from the caregiver(s) onboarding date.
If your payment card is expiring soon, or you’ll need to change your payment card down the line, don’t worry! We'll send you a reminder email if you card is expiring soon, and our dedicated Livelihood team member can assist you with adjusting payment information when the time comes.
Once you’ve completed the onboarding form and your one-time registration fee payment has been processed, a member of our team will be in touch within two business days.
We’ll review your details with you, discuss your needs, and ensure you’re set up for success.
